At Polskie Smaki, every lover of authentic local cuisine will find unique culinary experiences based on the slow food philosophy, enhanced by interiors inspired by local Kashubian folklore and a wonderful view of the Sopot pier and the Bay of Gdańsk.

The Executive Chef, Marek Soczewka, took his passion for cooking from his family home in Podlasie, Poland. However, he draws culinary inspirations from all over Poland, Europe and the world.
