Executive Chef The Executive Chef, The Chef, Marek Soczewka, took his passion for cooking from his family home in Podlasie. However, he draws culinary inspirations that can be felt in his dishes from all over Poland, Europe and the world. Marek has over 25 years of experience in the catering industry, including 19 years worked in 5-star hotels. With love and respect for culinary tradition, he experiments and gives a new, original form to well-known flavors, surprising us with fantasy on a plate.
